WeWorkFinanceSdk.dll找不到的问题？

提问

在本地可以找的到，但是打包后在服务器上就找不到了，java/bin.和jre/bin下都放了一份还是找不到，还是报:

C:\D\Program\jdk1.8.0_91\jdk1.8.0_91\bin\WeWorkFinanceSdk.dll: Can't find dependent libraries

我明明已经放进去了。
